Due to recent rains, the Town of Rice Lake is no longer under a burning ban effective Tuesday, May 29, 2018.  Please continue to call for a burning permit prior to any burn larger than a campfire ring.  Any board member can be contacted for this verbal permit.  Please see the “Departments” tab, then “Town Board” for phone numbers. Failure to obtain a burning permit could result in a $500 fine.  Thank you for your compliance with this issue.
