NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 18-101
BUILDING PERMIT ORDINANCE

The Town Board of the Town of Rice Lake, located in Barron County, Wisconsin, enacted on October 8, 2018 Ordinance No. 18-102 entitled “Records Retention Schedule” The Ordinance shall provide for the destruction of obsolete Town records. This ordinance shall take effect the day after the date of publication or posting as provided by Wis. Stat. § 60.80. The full text of the Ordinance may be viewed by visiting the Office of the Town Clerk located at 1830 Macauley Avenue, Rice Lake, WI 54868, during normal business hours, Mon-Wed 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Thurs & Fri 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. of each calendar week; or by clicking here.
