Request for Bids for Polymer Overlay

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Town of Rice Lake is requesting bids for Polymer Overlay on 23rd Street Bridge north of STH 48. To obtain bid forms, specifications and locations of road work, please contact the clerk/treasurer’s office at 715-234-8087 or CLICK HERE. Direct all other inquiries to Town Chairman, Dean Borofka, at 715-296-6258. Bids should be submitted on town forms in a sealed envelope with the Polymer Overlay BID written on the outside and mailed to: Town of Rice Lake, 1830 Macauley Ave., Rice Lake, WI 54868.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS: 7:00 PM, MONDAY, JULY 8, 2019. Bids will be opened at the regular monthly board meeting scheduled for that date and time. Bids must include certificate of insurance for liability and workers compensation, along with the town’s safety training survey. The Town of Rice Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid proposal deemed most advantageous.
