AMENDED NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Town Board meeting will be held at the Rice Lake Town Hall, 1830 Macauley Ave., Rice Lake, WI on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a quote from McCoy Construction for repairs needed on the town grader, for discussion of possible board member vacancy and process for filling it, and to rescind a prior motion adopting Resolution #22-112 – Proposing to Exceed Levy Limit via Special Town Elector Meeting and to reconsider adoption of Amended Resolution #22-112 Proposing to Exceed Levy Limit via Special Town Elector Meeting.

This building is handicap accessible. Any person that has a qualifying disability, as defined by the Americans With Disabilities Act, that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format, must contact the town clerk at the Town Municipal Building, 1830 Macauley Ave., Rice Lake, 715-234-8087, at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request. A detailed agenda will be posted at least 24 hours in advance at the Municipal Bldg. outdoor bulletin board.

All interested parties are invited to attend this meeting.
