Effective immediately, the Town of Rice Lake has updated the burn ban as follows:

A burning ban continues for all brush piles, but fires in campfire rings and burn barrels are allowed as well as grilling. It’s recommended to call a board supervisor (see listing below) prior to any burning and notify the Sheriff’s Department at 715-537-3106.
